Terms of Service

Campsite Cancellations (the "Service") is operated by Reducibl ("Reducibl", "we", "us"). By subscribing to an alert or buying a Priority Pass, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

You tell us a campground and the nights you want. We check that campground's public availability on a schedule and email you (and, if you enable it, send a push alert) when a site opens for your dates. We do not book anything for you, hold inventory, or act on any reservation system on your behalf. Booking is always your action, on the reservation system's own site, under its own rules.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the email address you provide is yours.

3. No account required

A watch is tied to the email address you subscribe with. Every alert carries a one-click link to stop that watch; no login is needed. A watch ends on its own the day after the last night you asked about.

4. Best effort, not a guarantee

Availability data comes from third-party reservation systems that we do not control. Checks can be delayed, blocked, or wrong, and an opening can be re-booked before you see our alert. Check cadence — including the Priority Pass cadence — describes how often we look; it is a best-effort service level, not a promise that any particular opening will be found or that you will secure it.

5. Priority Pass and payments

Priority Pass is a one-time purchase (currently $10) that runs every watch on your account at the priority check cadence for 30 days from purchase. It does not renew automatically and expires at the end of the 30-day window. All payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.

Refunds. A Priority Pass is refundable within 7 days of purchase if no watch on the account has run at the priority cadence in that time. Requests go to legal@reducibl.com. We may change pricing at any time; a change never affects a pass you have already bought.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited email to others, to subscribe addresses that are not yours, to attempt to access another subscriber's data, to stress-test or scrape our infrastructure beyond normal use, or for any unlawful purpose. We may stop watches or refuse service for violations.

7. Third-party reservation systems

Campground names, availability, and booking pages belong to the reservation systems that publish them (for example Recreation.gov and ReserveCalifornia). Your use of those systems is governed by their own terms. We are not affiliated with any of them.

9. Ending a watch or your data

You may stop any watch at any time from the link in its emails. You may ask us to delete everything tied to your email address by writing to legal@reducibl.com; we retain billing records only as long as tax and accounting law requires.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDUCIBL'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING A MISSED RESERVATION.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; we'll post the new version with an updated date and, for material changes, tell active subscribers by email. Continued use after the date constitutes acceptance.
